Usage

Therefore, during planning, designing, constructing and operating of electric engineering, highly reliability of power supply should be noticed.
Personnel organization
Possibly arrange different types of workers to construct as per project progress arrangement and construction technical requirements. Before construction, constructors will attend training, and only these who passed the test can obtain the qualifications for the post.
Organization of Progress Control Procedures
1. Equipment procurement, transportation
After the contract is signed, confirm the detailed parameters of equipment as per the basic parameter provided by the client and the design drawing. Then purchase the equipment, transport the equipment to project site and finish relative procedures.
2. Equipment installation and commissioning
After acceptance of equipment on project site, start the installation work within the designated time, perform handover test, commissioning work in the regulated time, and complies with the requirements of power feeding.
3. Power feeding and operation
After above work is all finished, feed power within the regulated time by the client; handover the equipment and data. And the entire project is over.
4. Warranty, project warranty is 2 years; give response within 2 hours after receive client’s call.
5. Check before installation:
Equipment and all accessories should be complete without corrosion or mechanical damage. Sealing should be good.Connecting bolts of all parts should be complete with tight situation.

Construction Preparation
1. Technology preparation:
Get familiar and review the project construction drawing; investigate and analysis natural conditions and technical and commercial conditions of location of construction site; compile the project construction cost accounting and detailed construction organization design (plan).
2. Material preparation:
Check and repair of construction equipment and tools, fabrication of components and fittings, test and commissioning of monitoring and measuring instrument.
3.Organization preparation:
Establish the project organization to clarify work division; organize the construction team and perform technical training and entrance education for the constructors.
4.Construction site preparation:
Installation temporary power source to ensure construction power as per site situation.
5. Quality control project site:
1) Inspection before work:
Before work, the site construction principle should check the operation status of construction machines and tools, and procurement situation of construction material, and the implementation of technical disclosure and safety disclosure.
2) Inspection of work process:
Quality inspection department should perform inspection on process regulations, implementation of “ manpower, material, machinery, method, and environment ” and key points, and weak points. It is forbidden to enter the next process if any disqualification is found.
3) Conceal project inspection:
Quality inspection department should inspect the concealed project as per relative laws and regulations, and record the detailed locations and material using status, construction process, etc. Cover it only when inspection is qualified.
4) Finished product protection inspection:
Inspect if there is any protective measures for the finished products, and if they are effective or not.
5) Completion acceptance check:
Organize self-inspection and preliminary acceptance, organize acceptance and data compile and handover.
6) Disposal of in - conformity:
Stop and rectify immediately for the in - conformity in the construction, don’t proceed to the next process until inspection is qualified. Make detailed records for the in - conformity, and analyze the reason to make prevention measures, and prevent similar cases from happening again.
6. Process related with the client:
Investigate the site before construction, make a plan incorporate with clients requirements, and communicate with client in time in order to seek a best plan, to shorten the construction duration and save cost on basis of assured quality.
During construction, collect requirements and opinions from client, rectify for these reasonable ones, and communicate for those unreasonable ones, to find d best solution through mutual understanding.
7. Generation of records
Generation of records complies with requirements of ISO9001:2000 strictly.
8. Callback and service after operation
According to the regulated warranty period of contract, our company continues supervising equipment operation status, etc. after completion of project. Problems detected is solved in time, we wins the client’s trust by speed and quality.
After three years of completion of the project, commercial department will have a callback at the project to learn the equipment operation status, collect client’s opinions, and make improvement in time.
