I.  General

UniGear ZS3.2 switchgear is composed of cabinet and circuit breaker equipped with removable parts, the cabinet divides into four compartments, circuit-breaker compartment, bus compartment, cable compartment and low-voltage compartment.

Bus Compartment

“D” type or rectangle main bus runs through the adjacent cabinets and is supported by branch bus, metal division plate and bus bushing. Supporting insulator isn’t needed in bus compartment. Insulation cover should be used at the connection of main bus and branch bus. Heat-shrinkable insulation bushing are applied for main bus and branch bus to form reliable compound insulation. Cabinets are separated by busbar bushing and division plate.

Cable Compartment

Current transformer, grounding switch, lightning arrester can be installed in the compartment. Spare space allows multi - cables connection.

Low-voltage Compartment

Various secondary components can be installed according to different control and protection requirements.
The secondary slot is wide enough, which is protected and shielded by metal plate.

Circuit Breaker

The guide rail is installed in the compartment for circuit breaker handcart movement between working position and isolation position and testing position, the valve shields static contact automatically after handcart is out.All the operations can be carried out when the door is closed. 

Removable Part

Removable part is composed of frame and circuit breaker or other components. High-quality and reliable VD4 vacuum circuit breaker and HD4 SF6 circuit breaker can be chosen, removable parts with same parameters can be exchanged.

Anti- misoperation Interlock
A series of reliable interlocks are set to avoid misoperation and ensure personal and equipment safety.
