In December,2013, Micron proposed again 20000KVA, and repeated efforts to communicate Power Supply Bureau, the increase in the original 10KV substation site a ring; Power Capacity: 20000KVA; three indoor 10KV distribution transformer SCB10-2000KVA / 10KV 4 sets; K13-866KVA / 0.4KV transformer 12; 400V 208V low-voltage switchgear and low voltage switchgear 52 sets; Our company is responsible for the production and supply, installation, testing and commissioning, instrumentation monitoring system wiring construction, software development and debugging; lighting plant supplier within three , installation, network cabling room and so are my company responsible for construction completion. At present, the project has been completed and put into use.

Details & Quality

The project's design, construction and the production of power distribution equipment selection, we set strict demands on ourselves, so all engineering and equipment has traced the original file, all construction and operating personnel must be certified, and its wholesale deposit insurance. All equipment in strict accordance with state and industry standards, the implementation of ISO9001: 2008 management, through repeated testing and compliance tested before shipment.

Operational Environments 

Ø  Ambient air temperature: ≤+40℃, ≥-15℃, daily average temperature: ≤+35℃.

Ø  Atmospheric conditions: clean air, relative humidity at the highest temperature is + 40 ℃ not more than 50%. At a lower temperature allows a higher temperature, for example at + 20 ℃ 90%, but considering the temperature changes due to condensation might arise.

Ø  Altitude should be no more than 2000m.

Appearance inspection

Check the internal electrical equipment and wiring meets the requirements of the drawings， the wire end is numbered.

Ø  Wiring is neat and firm.

Ø  Check the reliability of mechanical interlock and electric inter-lock.

Ø  Check withdrawable assembly is flexible, contact is good.

Ø  Check switchgear is firmly grounded.

Ø  Power-on operation test.

Ø  The breaker point is closed or opened (local, control rooms, remote).

Ø  Signals inspection

Nameplate Requirements (Original files)

Ø  Manufacturer name and brand.

Ø  Models (including the wiring scheme number), name, and factory serial number.

Ø  Operation parameters (rated voltage, rated current).

Ø  Protection class.

Ø  Production date.

Required Files

Ø  Main wiring drawing and main function drawings.

Ø  Breaker operating instructions and manufacturer's certificate.

Ø  Switchgear inspection reports.

Ø  Switchgear certificate.

Ø  According to the design requirements for secondary wiring diagram provided by the supplier, the designer, to be valid after the local power supply department approval.
